Dawn with 20+ years experience as an agent is faultless, I am definitely a needy and sometimes pushy customer but she has taken in her her stride and always been happy to help chase things when they had slowed down.
If I am needing to sell in the future I won’t even be thinking twice before appointing either Dawn or anyone else at Shelton & Lines to manage the process.

I was looking to sell my late parents property and had spoken to other estate agents in the area regarding the sale. I contacted Shelton and Lines and after my first meeting with Dawn, I knew that they would be the right estate agents to deal with. They also had a property up for sale that was perfect for me.
Dawn was extremely helpful and informative and, as I was a first time buyer and seller, took me step by step through the entire process.
When it came to marketing the property, Simon was very professional, keeping me updated regarding the progress off the write up and ground plans etc and checking that the information was correct.
Although moving property is extremely stressful, I feel that both Dawn, Simon and the rest of the team at Shelton and Lines made the process as smooth as possible and I couldn't have done it without their help and guidance.

No words can describe how happy I am going with Dawn from Shelton & Lines for the selling my property. I recently purchased my apartment through Shelton & Lines and mainly via Simon Mallett. Although we had some hurdles to overcome - we finally completed before Christmas and this is largely down to Simon doing all of the chasing on a daily basis - keeping me informed everyday either by email or telephone. Simon made the whole experience much better and less stressful as I knew he was completely on the ball to see the sale over the line and for that I’m truly thankful. If you think, after speaking with the local Branch staff, that your complaint has not been resolved, you are invited to make a formal complaint in writing by email or letter. Please provide a written summary of your complaint and address it to our Head Office, Shelton & Lines, 37 Droitwich Road, Worcester WR3 7LG – info@sheltonandlines.co.uk. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days of being received. The Branch Sales\/Lettings Manager will make contact with you to discuss the matter further prior to launching a full investigation. Upon completion of the investigation, you will be advised of the outcome in writing within 14 working days of receipt of the original complaint.
Stage Two
If, after a full investigation, you feel that your complaint remains unresolved, you may refer the matter to a Director who will personally conduct a separate review of your complaint. You will receive an acknowledgement from the Director within 3 working days and a full response within 14 working days.
