I have had a brilliant experience renting with Northwood. Corinne has been prompt, friendly, efficient and really helpful throughout the process from first viewing the flat right through to my first months in the property. I’ve never worked with an estate agent that’s so helpful to their tenants, and they have facilitated all relations between myself and my landlord smoothly and efficiently on both sides to make the process of renting stress-free. Every question I’ve had has been answered quickly and thoroughly and I’m very happy in my property!

For me the benefit of using Northwood is their level of experience and knowledge of the market specifically in Edinburgh. This was a major advantage and I knew from the outset that their advice and guidance was invaluable. I dealt with Cameron Mayo the manager and could not have been happier with the customer care I received. Not only did he secure a sale at a very good price but he was also able to put me in touch with legal advice for the conveyancing process. Northwoods fees were, in my mind, very reasonable as was the legal bill. I would highly recommend them.

I have worked with Northwood for a few years. First as a letting agent and recently as estate agent when I sold my rental property. I can honestly say they were supberb.
The letting agency was great in managing the property smoothly and keeping on top of all the legislation. There was always timely communication with upcoming changes or potential repairs. The property was inspected twice yearly and Northwood made sure the tenants took good care of it.
The estate agents helped selling the property to the tenants and again, communication was brilliant. I was always kept in the loop and Northwood negotiated everything with the buyers on my behalf.
I can highly recommend Northwood.

Having dealt with a few property agents in the past we would recommend Northwoods without hesitation for both letting and selling. In February 2021 we approached Northwoods about letting our flat in Edinburgh. Lewis was very helpful, provided all the information we needed to make a decision in writing and then found us a tenant within two weeks. During the period of the tenancy, Northwoods arranged insurance for us at a much better rate than the premium we'd been quoted elsewhere and had reliable tradesmen on hand whenever repairs were needed. In 2023, we decided to sell. Cameron dealt with the sale with absolute professionalism and smoothed out a few situations when the sale seemed to be in doubt. Something we especially valued is the speed with which they replied whenever we contacted them. And they are a really friendly bunch of people too - what more could you want?!

Northwood have been managing my property for 3 years now and I have been most impressed by the service I receive from them. Previously it had been managed by one of the largest property agents in Edinburgh and the service was nothing like that I receive from Northwood. Inspections are carried out as promised, tenants found quickly and fully assessed. In my most recent tenant change there has only been a blank of 4 days. I wouldn't single out any member of staff as they are all very good.
