This is the 3rd time in the last 8 years that I’ve used Mayhews East Grinstead. They came to my rescue when I was struggling to sell a property in 2015 and I was so impressed I naturally used them again nearly 2 years ago. The sale was quick, smooth and slick with the asking price achieved. (They were also the agents that found my new home )The more recent involved a property that needed the lease renewing which i was dove tailing with the sale. It was a long and lengthy process with many hurdles however Mayhews never gave up and supported me all the way through. Tom tells you how it is you know where you stand and is very realistic. Stephanie was totally amazing constantly keeping me updated I never had to chase. Steph is excellent at her job. Right at the end it became very stressful and Tom took over all the communication on my behalf and was a fantastic mediator. Thank you again Mayhews. I’ll be recommending you and if necessary will be using you again in the future.

Following a very difficult sales process where we just couldn't make sufficient progress, we switched to Mayhew's. This is our second house we have sold through Mayhews East Grinstead. On both occasions we have been provided with an outstanding service. First sale only a very short while on the market just a matter of weeks, second house Tom found us a buyer before we had even our property on the market and we were under offer after 2 days. The whole team at Mayhews are brilliant their, communication, willingness to help, knowledge about our situation and chain, aftercare, efficiency and attentiveness is top notch. We have no plans to move again as we have found the perfect house for us also sold by Mayhews but if we do need an estate agent Tom and team would be our first choice.

We did have some ups and downs during our slightly complicated sale and Steph was always there to find answers, chase things, come up with solutions and give updates. Whenever I started to feel overwhelmed it was honestly like having someone hold your hand throughout and there are no words to explain how grateful I am and how much easier she made the whole experience. An absolute dream team and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of moving house.

All the team at Mayhews East Grinstead have been great!
We originally had our house valued by another estate agents who we believed undervalued it. When we reached out to Mayhews, we were a lot happier with Aiden's valuation, which included market research and the value of similar properties in the area.
We also found a property who were selling via Mayhews, this is where we had dealings with Olivia, who was very helpful in organising viewings and ensuring we had the best chance at getting the property we wanted.
Stephanie provided the post sale and purchase support and was key in ensuring that we moved on the date that we needed. She was great at chasing all solicitors in the chain and ensuring that everyone was kept up to date and happy.
Overall, the whole team were really helpful and made a stressful task a lot easier.
