We do not live local which meant that we relied on Maria and Bailey-Louise to ensure the security of the house and move any post from the front door area.

Highly recommend Christian and the team at St Thomas. Christian gave us a well researched and accurate valuation of our property, then employed a professional photographer on our behalf who produced high quality images which made our property stand out amongst the others.
Viewings were well managed with minimal disruption to ourselves, we quickly received several offers to choose from.
As the sale progressed Christian regularly liaised with the solicitors and buyers ensuring a smooth transaction.

The team at the Cowick St branch have been excellent offering great support.
It was a long and difficult sale, although no fault of Bradleys.
Circumstances made it difficult including chain breakup's, but the team persevered and dealt with the issues as they arrived.
I was the main point of contact with Bradleys out of the 4 Executors, and their help was invaluable as this was the first sale of a property in the UK for me.
All in all they made the experience as painless as they could at a very difficult and upsetting time for the family.
On another note I never award full stars as there is always opportunity for improvement.

Complaints Procedure
Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman\'s Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.
Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
