This firm is utterly appalling, avoid them like the plague! I rented my property through them, I did not get the service I paid for in the terms & conditions of the contact. They made numerous administrative errors, that came at any addition cost to me through their negligence. They cannot be trusted, they are lazy, unprofessional & incompetent.

while estate agents might not always enjoy the reputation of the most popular group of people I found the staff at Jan Forster polite, helpful and very professional. Although my house was put up for sale in November, which I know isn't the best time, there were several viewing and in all 3 offers. I received the price I had hoped for and the entire sale went through quickly and proved not to be too painful an experience. Any queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently and I never felt I'd been forgotten about or wasn't important to them. Overall I was really, really pleased. Couldn't ask for much more

I would recommend Jan Forster without hesitation. They took over from another local agent who had failed to sell our house and secured an asking price offer within 24 hours of the first viewing.
We then lost our buyer (no fault of JF) and they did it again. Asking price offer 24 hours after the first viewing.
Eddie is a fantastic salesman who genuinely wanted to get us our asking price. I trusted his opinion in what could be achieved and how he wanted to negotiate with buyers.
Throughout the process of selling Eddie and Jordan did their best to push things along and keep us informed.
