Very professional throughout. Stephen was very responsive and good to deal with. The other estate agent that showed us the property was very nice and knowledgeable, much better experience than other estate agents / flats we viewed.
Only negative is that I felt the process could have moved on a bit quicker - we were ready to sign and pay a bit earlier (which would have made us feel a bit more secure).
Overall, I’d use Life again.

With the rental market in London as chaotic, uncertain and stressful as it has been this year - we were super pleased to find Stephen at Life Residential efficient, responsive and personable throughout.
From spotting the property online, to viewing, offering and being accepted - the process was quick and stress free. During referencing and deposit - the GoodLord system was used, which was where communication broke down a little - however once accepted, the wider Life Residential team were great - ensuring we had all the information and keys for move in.
Where Stephen went above and beyond was checking-in on moving day - I appreciated his call to wish us well and personal apologies that the lift was out of order.
Overall, the experience with Life Residential and Stephen was excellent, and I would recommend.

It is my immense pleasure to recommend both Gogoro Nwinia & William Smith of Life Residential as a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for the ideal home for their unique situation.
I'm an overseas investor with zero experience on the property market in UK. They helped me to successfully sold my two-bedroom apartment at Luxe Tower. Although it took longer than expected, but their extraordinary persistence and effort have made them glow.
I found them to be highly attentive agents, almost as if I was their only customer, although I know that was not the case. They returned all phone calls and emails the same day - knowing we live on different time zone. I never feel neglected or unimportant.
I am pleased to recommend Gogoro Nwinia and William Smith to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a property.
