I am a London based landlady and finding Clair Foster at Pridea was the best thing I ever did and proved to be a real rescue remedy, following dreadful experiences with previous agents. From the outset Clair gave me confidence that I was in good hands. She was friendly, always approachable and endlessly available to discuss issues. I felt able to rely on her advice in a variety of matters as she was clearly immensely experienced and knew “her stuff”. Her expertise secured the best tenants I’ve ever had. They have been long term, paying a decent rent and in 3/4 (maybe more) years there have been no problem issues at all. I am an extremely happy landlady, very impressed with Clair and very grateful to have been recommended to her. I can honestly say that had I not found Clair, I would have sold up at a loss and left Lincoln! Suffice it to say that I am so impressed with her and her team, that when I come to sell I will only sell through Pridea. Finally, I hope Clair gets the recognition she so justly deserves.

Rather poetic that in my 3 month journey of finding a property i'd like to rent, Will at Pridea conducted both my first and last viewings. I must say, I viewed many properties in this time window, and these were the most pleasant experiences by far. The staff at Pridea are top class, the viewings were all professional yet had a personal touch and once I'd settled on a property, Lily was extremely helpful when it came to documentation. It was very reassuring to know there was such a friendly character at the other end of the emails willing to help any way she can.
As well as this, the speed of the whole process was impressive. I viewed the property on a Friday at 4:30pm, I applied immediately, and my application was accepted by Saturday. By Tuesday, with the help of Lily working closely with Rightmove, referencing was completed and I received a move in date.
I would recommend Pridea to any landlord or tenant as a highly efficient agency with expert levels of communication far beyond expectation.

Elliot was so kind and helpful when I was looking for a property. Viewings went easy and made sure he worked round me as best as he could, he made me feel comfortable, I didn't feel pleasured from him at all in to buying a property.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). At Pridea Sales & Lettings we take service standards seriously and are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. We understand that sometimes, things go wrong. When this happens we need you to tell us so we When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it so we can improve our standards. We are members of The Property Redress Scheme and are bound by their Code of Practice. If you have a complaint, please put it in writing including as much detail as possible to the relevant Department Manager. We will acknowledge reciept of your complaint within 3 days and respond with our viewpoint within 14 days. If you feel your complaint has not been resolved or you remain dissatisfied with the response. Please write to the Business Manager as listed below explaining your reason you are not happy with our response.
