exchange and completion.

Coreen has been an amazing source of advice and information while helping through my first time experience of becoming a landlord. She guided me through the whole process from start to finish and helped me to make informed decisions regarding the marketing of my property, monthly rental valuation, insurances required, putting me in touch with contractors to carry out safety testing and sourcing the type of tenant that I had requested for my property. Coreen had a list of potential renters ready to view and the first ones to view accepted and have now moved in and signed a 12 month tenancy. The credit checking and reference service is great. It's also good that they ensure the landlord has all the correct safety tests such as gas and electricity before they agree to move the client in. I also used the inventory service for peace of mind which was an extra �100 inc vat. This is the 2nd property where Coreen has found a renter for me on the first day it was advertised. The first family are now in their 2nd year renting my 4 bedroom property in Rhos On Sea.

I recently used Beresford Adams when renting a property in the Colwyn Bay Area of North Wales, and due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find somewhere at extremely short notice.
