Brilliant experience with Fish Need Water! When we started thinking about moving house we didn't know where to start and so we spoke to a few agents, mainly high street as well as James. We took a bit of a gamble going with James, but our gut instinct told us it worth it, and boy were we right! The main plus points for me were: - Realistic valuation and pricing strategy - James was the only agent to suggest pricing lower with OIEO and starting a bit of bidding war. This worked so well for us, we had so much interest and within a week had 14 offers in, all above asking. This was so helpful when the first buyer fell through as we had a bunch in background to fall back on! - One point of contact - we didn't want to get passed around to the most junior member of staff and there was no worries with that here. James did all our viewings and negotiations and Susie was brilliant at helping the sale move along - Photos - our photos were exceptional, everyone we showed commented that they were some of the best property photos they had seen Everything went so smoothly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James + team or use them again!
