Never use these people! Saw a great place to rent, asked how we should go about securing the property - they said we pay the deposit - which we did. With a week left until we moved in, we had a call saying they had accepted a deposit from some other people, and would we like to increase our offer for the place? WHAT?! The place was supposed to be ours already! So annoyed at these ridiculous people, what a disgusting way of trying to weasel money out of people. So now we need to find a new place to live within a week. Thanks a lot Ashtons!
