Jason Miller did an amazing job helping us to sell our flat. A very complex case he consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication. He has always been available to answer queries, address concerns, and guide us in achieving our goal of selling the property.
Once a buyer was found, Jason kept us thoroughly informed and proactively ensured the buyer's side fulfilled their responsibilities. The process was incredibly stressful at times, but Jason's calm, polite, and can-do attitude was pivotal in ensuring the sale was completed successfully.
Even while on holiday, Jason continued to act on our behalf, promptly responding to my messages and liaising with the buyer. This level of commitment is truly commendable.

Another colleague, Sam, deserves a special mention for his supportive and attentive approach when I contacted the office. It's clear that customer service is a top priority for the Henry Wiltshire team.
I am thoroughly satisfied with the service provided and would gladly rate it 10 out of 10 if the scoring system allowed – but since it doesn't, they definitely deserve a 5 out of 5 on Google's scale. I highly recommend Henry Wiltshire for anyone in search of an apartment.

Henry Wiltshire currently manage a rental property for me. They provide an excellent and proactive service. My agent Kelly always liaises with my tenants on any issues and arranges for any maintenance work to be completed in a prompt manner. Rates are reasonable. They also carry out inspections annually to ensure the property is in good order. Statements are received on time and annual statements for tax filings are clear and received in a timely manner. My current tenants will unfortunately be leaving the property soon but I trust that that the agent will once again find me appropriate tenants and not just the first person that comes along and shows interest. The service I receive feels quite personalised and I like that. It's one of the reasons I continue with them as the agent for my property.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.
If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible. We will then respond in line with the timeframes set out below (if you feel we have not sought to address your complaints within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman to consider without our final viewpoint on the matter).
What will happen next?
We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally be dealt with by the office manager who will review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter.
If, at this stage, you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a senior member of staff.
We will write to you within 15 working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final viewpoint on the matter.
If you remain dissatisfied, you can then contact The Property Ombudsman to request an independent review:
