I cannot recommend them more highly.

I have been searching a flat to buy over a year & I had viewed several properties through Bairstoweves and was always impressed with the Sales teams service.
Tony Ennis handled my flat purchase. Through out, Tony was very responsive, when I had a query he was always quick to respond & to resolve the issue. My previous buying experience, with another agency, was long & drawn out but on this occasion we were able to complete in 8 weeks & I am grateful to Tony this. Tony made sure to push the process along, as necessary, & didn't procrastinate, as I have known other agents to do. Tony is straight talking & is exactly what you want in agent as he gets things done. Five stars. Signed: a very happy & satisfied buyer.

I have tried to sell my flat twice, through the so called top rated estate agents in Battersea, alas!
Then comes in the Bairstow Eves with Tony Ennis and Dechannelle, the latter whom worked her socks off with the viewings and Tony the brain behind the strategy.
Everything happened smoothly and timely, with excellent communication and updates. Tony did his absolute best to keep both buyer and seller engaged and ensured that both parties involved were treated equitably.
He provided updates from the buyers solicitors well in advance of any correspondence from my own conveyancers, which ensured that the sale went through to exchange.
Perhaps he should go to KFH and Foxtons to give them a quick lesson in humility and efficiency when selling properties.
This was the best xmas present and I am really pleased.

We have received excellent service from all the staff at Bairstow Eves but especially to Tony whose approach is reassuringly experienced and knowledgeable about property and the local area. From the outset he was with us answering all sorts of queries and questions. Viewings were organised splendidly and carried out by Descha who was so upbeat and cheery that she made everyone feel comfortable. Dealing with Estate Agents can be very stressful and we certainly felt like we were in capable hands with Tony at the Battersea office so much so that I have recommended him to our neighbour who is keen to sell her property in a while. Most impressively Tony makes himself available and always responds promptly to any quesitons no matter how trivial they may seem and we found him to be very personable, geunine and professional. Highly recommended service from a great provider!

Bairstow Eves is a heaven-sent for finding our first property here in London. Special mention to Tony Ennis who did a fantastic job in assisting us from start to finish of our buying process. He is very efficient in everything! Always on time in viewings, responds quick to any queries whether it's via email or SMS; does extra mile for customers as he still assists even out of his working hours. My husband and I didn't know much about Battersea but he supplied us a lot of information about the area during our viewings. Tony's level of knowledge and amount of data that he had about the market was impressive. He even got us Vincent, an amazing mortgage broker who got us an excellent interest rate. I highly recommend this company and will come back to them to any property matters.
