I have worked with Jennifer since moving to Thailand almost 5 years ago, both when she was with Belvoir and now Pacitti Jones. There is no messing around and she just gets things done.
She is fair with both tenant and landlord, which I like. She is also honest and has lots of integrity, unlike some real estate people that I have worked with over the years when renting out property.
I would recommend Jennifer if you are a tenant or landlord. If you are a tenant, Jennifer will give you sound advice and she will be fair with her feedback. She will also ensure that your landlord is fair when it comes to re-furnishments, repairs or replacing appliances. If you are a landlord, she will be honest, thorough and she will get you the most realistic rental price.
I would recommend Jennifer to anyone.

Pacitti Jones excellent customer service. The service from Pacitti Jones especially from Nicola Donnelly was excellent throughout the whole selling process. Nicola was very professional whilst having to deal with very poor communication from the buyer and their solicitor. She kept me up to date with the whole process and remained calm and this helped me as this was a stressful time. I have used Pacitti Jones before when buying a house and the team in the Grangemouth office have also been excellent. I would highly recommend them to others as they have been wonderful.

When I put my son’s flat on the market I was immediately impressed with David who came to view and value the property. Unlike other agents I appreciated David’s down to earth approach and immediately trusted him.
Victoria then came on board as negotiator for the property and carried out the viewings. Like my first impression of David, I knew Victoria would do her best for me and I wasn’t wrong. At all times I was kept up-to-date with developments and at no time felt I wasn’t being given the best possible advice.
We are now at the end of the process and I am so pleased I went with Pacitti Jones and would thoroughly recommend.
