If you are a landlord my recommendation is not to use them. I found their communications practice severly lacking. Their willingness to help non existent. The accounts manager I had to deal with could be hostile to the point of belligerence.

I turned to Penny Lane in desperation.
I had already wasted three months with another estate agent (well-known and long standing) and had experienced three failed, last-minute sales (which could have been avoided). That experience was traumatic for multiple reasons and I became completely disillusioned by estate agents.
Although I decided to move to another company, my experience had been so horrendous that I had very low expectations and trust. However, Ross (and Emma at Penny Lane) turned that around almost immediately!
Ross was amazing. He provided reassurance, detailed information and explained my options in an open and honest manner. Ross was exceptionally fair and understanding, demonstrating what this process should have been like all along. I cannot express how completely different my experience was with Penny Lane Homes.
Ross sold the house quickly and achieved a fantastic price. In addition, Ross and Emma did their due diligence and verified the buyer before I accepted the offer, which was reassuring after my previous experiences. Ross also managed to sell this property without the need for countless viewings, which was wonderful.
It was very refreshing to deal with individuals, and a company, who actually did what they said they would. Ross was honest, trustworthy and upfront - I honestly cannot recommend Ross, and Penny Lane, more highly.
I primarily dealt with Ross, but Emma was also very helpful and informative, sending emails and updates.
If you want to be kept informed, be treated with respect and honesty, know that your agency is verifying the identity and resources of your buyer - please contact Ross and Emma at Penny Lane Homes.
I cannot thank them enough and will have no hesitation in contacting them for any future property sales.

I have to say the PL are great at getting me teants quickly and get the proeprty re let again when the tenants move out, I have used them now for over a year and they were quick to inform me and also kept me up to date, as it should be I had to do nothing, which helps when you are on the other side ... I have to say the PL are great at getting me teants quickly and get the proeprty re let again when the tenants move out, I have used them now for over a year and they were quick to inform me and also kept me up to date, as it should be I had to do nothing, which helps when you are on the other side of the world most of the time and dont want to have to worry about your properties. The other key thing for me is the rents are in my account same day every month wheich helps me out, when paying the mortage.
