The worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. I have been renting through them for 18 months and the end of the tenancy was so stressful because of them. They were calling me with differing pieces of information. Overcharged me because they got the date of our tenancy end wrong. Accused me of not professionally cleaning when I have the invoice and the place was spotless. All the while they never replied to crucial emails. DO NOT USE
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
