I had never sold a commercial property before and Cheryl at MGY was fabulous! She guided me through the process every step of the way. Her communication was faultless and her advice invaluable. I feel we managed to get the best price for the property thanks to her experience. As a company, MGY was a good fit for my property as there was potential to convert the place to a residential. Merial at the Birchgrove office conducted the viewings and she was wonderful at describing it's potential. They have the expertise in both areas. It was also reassuring that their auction partnership was also an option had the property not found a conventional buyer.

Oliver introduced me to Becky, who has been an absolute star throughout the entire process. From our first conversation about listing the property to marketing it and arranging timely viewings, Becky was exceptional. Once the property was sold subject to contract, she was very prompt in ensuring all the formalities were completed efficiently, even before the solicitors took over.

Becky continued to support us from the day our offer was accepted to the day we completed. To say Becky went that extra mile is an understatement, Emails were answered without delay and Becky rang us at our home in Spain on a regular basis even though her duty to us was actually complete once our offer had been accepted. Throughout the sales progression process Becky liaised with both our solicitor and the vendors making the whole process seamless. We would definitely use MGY again.
