The level of experience, knowledge, care and personal touch that MGY provided was outstanding.
From the moment the sales manager sat down on my sofa and went over the paperwork regarding selling a property, to the phone call verifying it was completed. Right up until the sale completion date, the team provided regular updates, and when necessary even followed up with the solicitors to make sure the completion date was met in time for Christmas.
I would like to individually thank two ladies who have been with me every step of the way (it had been my home for over 20 years). Paige Hollingworth and Cath Evans.
You are both an asset to MGY. Not only are you both very experienced, but you actually believe and enjoy what you do.

Nicky set up a group email to all 5 conveyancers in the chain and got everyone agreeing to dates to exchange & complete. I honestly think if she hadn't have done that and followed up it over several weeks, then I would have lost my buyer and my purchase would have failed.

We have just rented with MGY and have been thoroughly impressed by them throughout the process. We have spoken a number of times on the phone to Sian, Suzanne and Nicola before arranging a viewing and ultimately submitting an offer. Each communication was friendly and professional. We were kept informed by Suzanne and Nicola on the process of our application and guided nicely through the stage of contract signing. Wanted to show our massive appreciation to MGY Birchgrove who helped us buy our first house. We started looking during the COVID 19 pandemic, so got caught up in the craziness of the housing market. After getting all our information, mortgage and details together, we emailed Steph and told her that we were finally ready to get going and wanted to make a real effort in finding a property. We gave her the full requirements and within a matter of weeks managed to find us a house that fits everything.
