I can confidently say that Nicola Soper is one of the best property managers I've ever had. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service is truly impressive.
I suffered from an issue in my property for two months with another property manager until I reached out to a senior property manager who put me in contact with Nicola. From the moment I first contacted her, she was responsive and helpful, answering all of my questions, addressing any concerns I had, and coordinating several appointments with several contractors.
What I appreciate most about Nicola is her professionalism and her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure tenant satisfaction. She is friendly, courteous, and approachable, making communication easy and stress-free and that is what a tenant wants "to be heard".
Overall, I would highly recommend Nicola to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy property manager. She is an excellent example of how a property manager should be. She truly goes the extra mile to make sure their tenants are happy and comfortable, and I couldn't be more pleased with her service. Thank you, Nicola!

Our tenants moved out and we decided to take flat back and move into it ourselves.
Noor was very helpful in closing things out promptly with the tenants and connecting me with service providers to paint, do minor repairs, remove worn out furniture and clean the flat. With her help, we managed to get everything done by early January in time for my arrival in London notwithstanding the year end holidays.
Noor also kindly agreed to meet us in the morning to hand over the keys, and provided useful guidance in setting up utilities and other tips to manage the flat.
Very grateful for her help in facilitating a smooth handover, especially as we are based overseas.

I recently got Ashleigh as my property manager and she has been nothing but helpful, quick and helpful responses. I had a property checkup today as requested by my landlord and she gave good insight and was reasonable when it came to assessing the state of the property. I could tell she genuinly cares about her clients and wants the best for both the tenant and the landlord.
