Well what can I say - if I could rate the Porthmadog 11 out of ten I would. My Mum sold her house in August last year but due to problems which had nothing to do with the estate agents, didn’t move until March this year. It was an extremely stressful time for us all but Claire, Steve, Helen and Hannah went above and beyond with their service. Such kind and thoughtful people throughout the whole period and I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house. If only more businesses provided such a wonderful service!

Our property was visited by Hannah who gave us a very accurate assessment of the property and arranged for the property to be advertised through the local branch and numerous web sites.
The main negotiations were carried out by Steve Smith who was just fantastic and helped bring the sale of the property to a conclusion.
His advice throughout was invaluable and we cannot speak more highly of him.
We would strongly recommend the Porthmadog branch.

Having decided to move over 200 miles to Porthmadog I have been very reliant on the Agent to keep me up to date with developments and keep the purchase running smoothly.
