Horrible people to deal with. We are buying a 'chain free' property through the Goring branch. Or at least that's what the advert and brochure says. Well it's actually not chain-free and the staff are so horrible and refuse to take any responsibility for their error. The most shocking part is how suddenly they changed their attitude towards us. They were very friendly with us and as soon as our offer was accepted they became horrible. I have never dealt with agents with such a bad attitude. Not willing to chase the progress of our case or willing to help at all. I guess they no longer need to be nice to us anymore since our offer is accepted. Seriously thinking of pulling out of the transaction because they are a nightmare to work with.
