Despite a challenging house sale, these guys managed to stay positive and upbeat. What really stood out for me was the way they managed everything in a really diplomatic and professional way.
This was the sale of my late mother's house and despite me living 120 miles away, they were able to help me greatly with a lot of the practical tasks in order to get the house ready and this was a HUGE weight off my mind.
They were also very good at explaining the process to me who had never sold a property before.
I would use them again and know that I made the right choice when assessing which estate agent I should use. (I interviewed four and David Andrew clearly stood out)

Mark and Jana were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout my unexpectedly complex sale. From the start Mark was the only agent I spoke to with a clear and realistic plan for selling my property and he delivered on every point. Their can-do, problem solving attitude and incredible availability remained consistent throughout the six month process, and ultimately got the sale across the line. I recommend them without hesitation. Picking them as my agent was one of the best decisions I made.

We just sold our first flat with Mark/Jana/Connor. They were fantastic guiding us through the process and a tricky negotiation to get the best possible outcome. The whole team always knew exactly where things were up to and what the next step was. The also went above and beyond, finding suppliers to get quotes for us and advising on how to brief them for fair quotes for both sides. I would not go anywhere else in Stroud Green.
