The whole process was incredibly quick, and Charlie & Team pushed hard to get the transaction closed off as efficiently as possible.

We used Village estates as both purchasers and vendors. As purchasers, Charlie took the time to understand our requirements, and very quickly came back with a property ticking all the boxes we had requested (which we subsequently purchased). The whole process was incredibly quick, and Charlie & Team pushed hard to get the transaction closed off as efficiently as possible.
On the (separate) sales side, after a slow start we had a somewhat rocky sale for reasons outside of our or Village Estates' control, however we were really impressed at how much work Charlie put in to making sure sales progressed, keeping us updated and responding incredibly quickly to queries and concerns. The advice given was much appreciated, and we'd be more than happy to work with Charlie & Village again.

We recently used Village Estates in Sidcup to help sell our property although it should be noted that we decided to use them a year before we instructed them as we had been so impressed with previous viewings and valuations with them.
The overall team dealt with our transaction but our main contact was with Charlie Painter. Charlie like the team at Village is honest, proactive and has a good knowledge of the local area and he always welcomed our calls positively when dealing with the complicated chain.
We have in the past had challenges with other agents who did not appear welcoming of our viewings if we sold through other agents although this is not how Village work which was refreshing.
In summary, we can't talk highly enough of Village Estates and have already recommended them to friends and family as people we trust.

He managed to sell our property without overt marketing within 10 days of agreeing to sell with Village Estates ... ..At a sale price well in excess of the ticket price suggested by 3 other agents ,
He kept in close contact with us throughout , always replied to mails ,texts and calls with promptness . He was not afraid to offer " best advice " which we took on many occassions
We would thorughly recommend using them !!!

I recieved outstanding professional service from everyone at Village Estates Sidcup. Brett has in depth knowledge and experience of selling houses in the localilty and provided me with an honest market valuation of the house. Village Estates offer a very professional and personalised service from valuation through marketing to progressing through the transaction. We have sold with them twice and each time they have offered realistic advice, carefully and proactively selected and matched viewers with our properties and once under offer have effectively liaised with all concerned parties. Charlie has dealt with our sales on both occasions; he is super efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Everyone I have met at Village Estates is welcoming and they seem to work well as a team. I would definitely not hesitate to use them again in the future.
