Just wanted to pass on an amazing 5* star review for Kelly Kennedy who is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC and a brilliant real estate agent! Kelly was extremely helpful, kind, attentive and knowledgeable in securing new tenants for my rental property. She was able to take complete ownership and manage the whole process of sourcing, vetting, organising, emailing and finally onboarding tenants in an excellent and efficient manner. This was particularly helpful for me since I live and work overseas and was unable to participate in the process or assist in any way due to travel commitments and the time difference. In addition, Kelly was extremely proactive in calling me as and when required to finalise the arrangements efficiently and ensure all bases had been covered. Kelly is extremely friendly and easy going and is great to get along with, thoroughly recommend ?

As a private landlord using Martin & Co to manage my rental properties, I highly recommend Juliet Mutch, Maxine Card and Kelly Kennedy as my property managers. In fact, I highly recommend the whole team of Martin and coAberdeen (but I couldn't click all their names simultaneously). I have three key reasons this. First, they consistently excel in the diverse and demanding responsibilities their role requires. Second, their impeccable communication skills have been invaluable, especially given that I am based in Japan. Lastly, they strike the perfect balance between professionalism and a friendly yet impartial approach, making property management far smoother a foreign landlord like myself.
