Damon and Suzanna have been fantastic! Incredibly professional, knowledgable, approachable and reassuring since our first viewing. We were relocating and buying in an area that we didn't know, and having sound advice and support made the process far more straightforward than it could have been. It wasn't without problems along the way, but incredible communication from Suzanna meant that everybody was informed and expectations were managed through the exchange. I would 100% recommend them and use them again in the future, without a doubt!

We bought with Robert Williams 5 years ago and had a great experience so chose to sell with them as well. Suzanne was our main point of contact but also had many encounters with Damon and Oliver whilst they did the viewings. They are all great individuals and helped us get what we wanted for our property, whilst maintaining a professional outlook to our potential buyers. Throughout our sale and onward purchase Suzanne went above and beyond to put other sellers and solicitors through the long chain we were in. Would recommend them to anyone.

As a first-time buyer filled with anxiety about purchasing a house, I want to express my sincere gratitude to Robert Williams, especially to Suzanne and Oliver, who have been incredibly friendly and reassuring throughout the process.
Suzanne played a crucial role in negotiating with the seller and both solicitors, ensuring that all important questions were addressed and everything was expedited. She kept me informed at every step of the way and was always available to answer my concerns.
Oliver met me at the property three times during the buying process. He was very patient in answering my questions and helped my surveyor access different parts of the property. Additionally, he recommended and connected me with someone to measure my oddly shaped kitchen, allowing me to get a new design done for free.
I highly recommend working with Robert Williams for your property purchase. As a smaller estate agent, they can dedicate their full attention to your needs. The team operates with warmth and integrity, which helped me trust their expertise as someone who has never navigated this process before.

We recently bought a property in Exeter through Robert Williams and although Suzanne Collins did not show us around the property we ended up dealing with her for all aspects of the purchase. Suzanne turned out to be most capable, helpful and above all else reliable professional - she did what she said she was going to do when she said she was going to do it!
