Northwoods have provided excellent service as a Letting Agent my properties over the last ten years or more. Their advice and support have been first throughout. When deciding to sell Highfield Close they provided the same high level of advice, support and service I would expect from such a professional business. The property sold quickly due to us following their advice and them advertising the property well. They managed the sales proceures well and kept us well informed throughout. Northwood was exactly what I was looking when my tenant gave notice and I had to find a rapid replacement. From the first phone call to their branch, through to signing contracts, I was looked after by Jess, a very knowledgeable member of the team, who took the time to answer all of my questions and suggest the best scheme. Jess was very patient and flexible to meeting up and seeing the property and later taking excellent photos. Whenever I had more questions on email, Jess was kind enough to come back very quickly and make sure I was fully satisfied. Their prices made the most sense to us and the quality of service seemed to good to be . Look no further than Northwood and Jess!

Nicola and Adi came to do all the photos and filming without any fuss and exactly as they said. Our house had been on the market for three days and we had four viewers lined up for Saturday viewings. Adi hosted these and we accepted an offer that day. I would not hesitate to recommend Northwood to sell your property.

Northwood dealt with my purchase (therefore, selling on behalf of another client..not me).
They surpassed all of my expectations and stood head and shoulders above my own estate agent (for my sale), my 2 conveyancers and my own after sales representative.
Claire, in particular was efficient, responsive, personable, professional and dedicated not only to her own client, but to all involved. I would recommend Northwood. Thank you!

Northwood have let my property for many years and have always done a very professional job with monthly statements and on time payments. I eventually decided to sell the property which took a little longer than expected but this was due to a difficult time in the housing market. They have a lovely team waiting to help as soon as you step through the door and make you feel very welcome. If you need someone local in the vicinity of Rhiwbina then Northwood are a great option.

I just want to express how happy I am with Northwood and their entire staffs and my good Landlord.
When I moved into their property in Heol Llanishen Fach Cardiff in November 2022, I noticed the fridge door was not closing. I raised this issue with them, they sent a technician to come check it without wasting time. The technician recommended for it to be changed. Northwood changed it and brought in bigger fridge to replace it.
I also noticed that one of the windows was not opening. Then sent in a technician to come change all the locks in all the windows and put in new locks.
My boiler stopped working the first week I moved in, they sent in a plumber to come fix it for me. They also sent a plumber to me every January to come do the Gas Safety Check on the Gas and boiler.
They responded to all the issues I raised and fixed every issue I brought to their attention.
After 1 year of staying in the flat, they told me that the Landlord was happy for me to renew at the existing price but I told them I want to buy my own house. They liaised with the Landlord and agreed to put me on a rolling contract where I would only give them 4 weeks notice when my house purchase gets completed. They were very understanding and supportive.
They also returned my full deposit to me after I moved out and returned the keys of the flat to them.
I have never met a good Estate Agent like NorthWood Cardiff in all my years of renting. They are very polite and respectful and they always want you to have a good stay and experience in their property.
