We have mixed feelings over this review. Castles were our first ever experience of using an Estate Agent. You are promised the world at a good %. Yet this promise wasn't delivered, and the % increased by .5 from the original chat to signing the contract. Gary was professional in his approach, yet when the going got tough, there was a distinct shift to being all the person buying the property we were selling. Being given a sudden deadline by the buyer that he would pull out we hadn't moved by a certain time. This was never mentioned before!! The commission was earnt, and they sold the house, would we use them again we were in the area, I doubt it.

I just wanted to share how amazing Castle Estates has been during our move. Their team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment we reached out, they got back to us so quickly, answering all our questions and guiding us every step of the way.
The staff was friendly and professional, making sure we felt supported and informed. It really took a lot of stress off our shoulders. The way they handled everything made our transition to the place so much smoother. I can't recommend them enough!
Gary showed us round the property and helped us fall in love with it, Charlie always kept us up to date. Sean and Jack took many of our phone calls and were always helpful. It was so nice when we completed and we got a gift from them, it just sumed them up as a business.
