In 2014, Beresfords acquired another local agent which had been operating in and around Maldon for many years. Since then, through significant investment and innovative marketing, the branch is now one of the area’s leading agents.

I totally recommend Danny Marsh in particular, and Beresfords in general. We have had a rocksolid relationship with Beresfords 10 years now, and have found them unwaveringly clear and helpful in their approach. Life is never plain sailing all the way, yet Beresfords has helped us to navigate the peaks and troughs of things. We don't use any other agents, and that is a testimony to how well we rate these guys. Estate Agency is a sector which attracts not always nice people, and prior to starting the relationship with Beresfords, we had our fair share of rogue Estate Agents we had dealt with, and the associated horror stories which go with them. Since working with Beresfords, we have found them always clear and always reliable. Not the cheapest - but who ever is, and even they were always the cheapest, they would be selling themselves short. I find their fees fair, and on market, and more importantly they don't come as a surprise. If you are reading a review to decide on an Agent, I would recommend you to look no further than these guys - they have worked very well us, and I have no hesitation in recommending them 100%
