We are currently in the process of purchasing a property through Beresfords.
Ben has been amazing so far, he’s been very prompt with answering any questions / queries we have had and has been very quick to raise anything to the vendors and makes sure he gets back to us the same day with any answers, even it’s just to tell us he is awaiting anything so we are not left out the loop! He’s been very accommodating when organising viewings of the property and knowledgable with items around the house.
We have organised surveys and Ben has been amazing with allowing them to carry these out within a short time scale.
We would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase in Writtle.
