As the sale progressed and issues arose Neil was a fantastic negotiator being clear and concise, getting us the results we wanted. Even contacting us and updating us when he was on holiday or out of the office. The team knew everything that was happening with our property and were really helpful and would also chase if needed. Detailed Notes on the system are kept up to date so the whole team knows what's happening.
