I had my property valued by two agents including Douglas Allen and I was highly impressed with Pam's enthusiasm and passion. But to be honest I went with an agent that was charging 1% fee. But after three months I had only two viewings, no offers and no feedback. Throughout this time Douglas Allen stayed in contact and knock on my door a few times. Eventually I caved in and went with them and I had one open house, ten viewers and sold for over the asking price. Sold in one weekend! I couldn't believe it. They were not one percent but they did not give me a one percent service and they were worth every penny. They also helped me to arrange my mortgage and I used your in house solicitors. The whole team was amazing and I could not recommend them more highly!!! Pam, Sophie, Michelle and Ben! Thank u soooo much xxxx
