As a new landlord I was a little unsure about what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service received throughout the process. The property was let within just days of going on the market for the asking price, the tenants we thoroughly vetted which gave me reassurance. Communication from the agent was superb during the tenancy period, and rent was paid to me promptly. The tenant has now vacated, and the property has been left in an excellent condition. I have decided to sell the property, and instructed Bairstow eves to carry out the marketing - a buyer was found within a few weeks! Highly recommended!
