We were moving back to the uk from France and opted to use the "in house" scheme to ease the potential problems that could have arisen with having to liase remotely with solicitors/surveyors etc. This in general worked very well and it did relieve us of the headache of having to source these professions ourselves. The solicitors were professional and efficient and worked well to progress our purchase as smoothly as possible. Cubitt and West staff were always courteous, helpful and efficient and responded quickly to any of our queries in order to keep the momentum of the transaction going. Many thanks to them.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
