A thoroughly good experience. The staff were all totally professional .and achieved the required result selling my house in West Drayton promptly without any fuss.
I would highly recommend Richard Whitley, Ben Gunton and Mark Groves who were all involved in making this a good selling experience.

Terrible service, taken a year to fix a leaking shower which has caused much more damage to the property and still nothing has been done. Have offered to fix the problem myself as I'm fully qualified and insured to do so but still nothing. My children are in danger of the kitchen ceiling falling on them and yet nobody seems to care! Have emailed phoned and even visited them in person and still nothing. I bet if I was a day late on the rent they'd be phoning me repeatedly. Maybe they'll take notice of this as they won't be getting a penny more till it's sorted!

The consultant - Dan Spratley was so helpful throughout, answering all my questions clearly and quickly, updating me with information at each stage of the process and advising me where necessary. A very approachable, efficient and professional senior consultant.
I would certainly recommend R Whitley & Co to anyone thinking of renting.

We sold our property through R. Whitley & Co. The service was better than I ever imagined we would receive. All viewings were accompanied, feedback prompt and a truly professional attitude was evident throughout. Calls were returned within timescales agreed and we were kept informed of progress throughout. There are inevitably times when circumstances affect progress and both Richard and Mark displayed empathy and support to resolve issues that were beyond their control. It has been good to deal with a family run, local business who go beyond the call of duty to deliver.

Over many years various members of my family have always employed R Whitley & Co for any of our property dealings, always receiving sound advice, excellent help and a superb service; whether it be on buying or selling. Being so long established the Whitley family's knowledge of the local area is almost encyclopaedic and they have always been a joy to deal with. I recently let my flat through R Whitley & Co and have been delighted with the service to date and value for money compared to other Agents in the area.
I chose a local independent firm because I wanted an Agent with genuine local knowledge and a more personal touch, and I haven't been disappointed.
This is the first property I have let and Daniel in the lettings team has provided great advice and excellent communication throughout. I am now finding the management team to be very proactive and responsive to any queries from both myself and the new tenant.

I would like to say that I have been very impressed with the way Whitleys have dealt with the renting out of my house. It was all done in a bit of a rush after a change of mind and a few items needed to be sorted out carpet, electrics, and garden. I have moved 250 miles away and I was worried how my house would be handled with regard to letting it out, but all the lettings team at Whitleys have gone the extra mile to smooth the process through to getting my place on the market and then to letting it, they have been friendly and very professional and got the job done with no hassle what so ever. Dealing with R Whitley was a pleasure. The residential letting's team are professional, honest and reliable. "We wanted to use a local independent firm rather than one of the high street chains of estate agents.
Having sold two properties in Sipson and Colnbrook (Berks) through R Whitley's, our choice was the right one, as we received a more personal touch and we felt that they were willing to go the extra mile to complete the two sales. As the staff at Whitley's are more mature and experienced, it does inspire a more confident approach in dealing with all age-groups and specific needs of clients. Each client is dealt with individually rather than as a 'group of clients' to hit sales performance targets.
As with selling any property, unforeseen circumstances will arise, but Richard kept in touch and helped to get the different stages completed even over a busy Christmas period.

50 years ago, my parents bought our family home through R.Whitley & Co. Over the last ten years, I have bought sold, let-out & rented through this exceptional family firm in West Drayton. I cannot praise them highly enough. Their property services, sales, lettings, marketing, qualified building/valuation/survey expertise & straightforward advice have always proved first-class & invaluable. I have always found them honest, reliable professionals with great negotiating skills & outstanding attention to detail...they recently drove through the sale of a friend's house against seemingly impossible odds! It just wouldn't have happened without Paul Whitley's negotiating skills or Richard Whitley's diligence & perseverance. Great job guys! Property can be an expensive minefield but with R.Whitley & Co you feel you are in experienced & expert hands. We have just purchased a 1 bed maisonette with r Whitley,
We are first time buyers and didn't know the first thing about purchasing a property.
The team at R Whitley went above and beyond to help us through all the issues we faced with solicitors and we couldn't have done it without them. They were there for us every step of the way for advise and encouragement.
They were a huge comfort and we are so pleased we had them to help us along our journey!

R Whitley offered what seemed like the very best advice and help available. How lucky I was that the vendor had chosen this company to sell the property for them as it gave me the introduction to these people.
Over the years I have become a landlord and had a range of differing residential properties in my portfolio. Having made investment purchases I very quickly arranged with R Whitley that they undertake the letting and management of my properties for me. These people know the local property market better than anyone I know. They are extremely efficient, business like and totally honest in all their dealings with me. A breath of fresh air in the minefield of residential property dealings and property management.
Given the multitude of available Estate agents and Letting & Managing agents available in the area they are always my first call for property matters. - My Agent of Choice. I recommend without hesitation.

They are such a professional company, and do everything in their power to help you with everything you need to achieve a sale. .
We had a complicated move through no fault of Whitleys, it was because of my Lease. They not only recommended a very efficient Valuation expert who helped me enormously, he also managed to reduce the cost of the Lease by £6000.
Richard Whitley kept me informed of all my interested buyers, and accompanied them to my home, He is very informative and it wasn't long before my flat was sold.
I moved to my present home on August 8th, highly delighted with their service and would thoroughly recommend them. I think their slogan should be 'ABOVE THE REST'.
