Worst agency i have ever dealt with. On 2 occasions spoke to Anwar about viewing a potential property, got told i would get a call back nothing. Booked a viewing with them and the agent turned up FOURTY mins late without so much as a phone call. When we called the office, they kept fobbing us off and then stopped picking up our calls completely. Another occasion, we went to an 'Open House' and got told by the landlord that the property had already been sold, Barnard Marcus were meant to call the viewers and inform them but SURPRISE SURPRISE didn't bother. We had paid for parking etc for no reason and a poor lady had driven for an hour to attend the open house. Not so much as an apology from them. They never answer the phones and when they do, they are rude. UNBELIEVABLY bad!!
They are rotten to the core, a man in a burger van on a wet and cold day would be more customer aware than this bunch!
