We had a contract with the Uckfield Branch from 8 June 2013 through to completion 7 February 2014. Throughout the process they were inept and inefficient and the branch lacked management leadership. Specifically, they were very poor at responding the emails, they took very unprofessional photographs, they allowed buyer to visit the house unsupervised, they didn't communciate well within the team meaning several duplicate requests for information that was not passed on to the buyer. We had previous experience with this branch under another manager and we were quite happy with the service in 2012.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Uckfield Cubitt and Eest has been absolutely fantastic ! From start to finish they have been an absolute pleasure . Really helpful and all so willing to go the extra mile .
