We have had the worst experience ever with highly irresponsible, negligent agency ever. They totally ignore Health and Safety issues and because of them we have been suffering water leaks for the past 5 months. I have been a tenant of Castle Residential for my 2 previous properties and have found their customer service and professionalism impeccable. When moving in on both occasions, there has been absolutely no issue and paired me up with two great apartments! They manage my second property and the washing machine began leaking recently, they had it fixed within the hour! Especially after I have had awful experiences dealing with landlords myself directly. Really great efficient service and lovely people. They really are there to help you and provide the best stress free service possible. I am now a very loyal customer and will use them for every one of my tenancies!

I was recommended Castle Residential in Ealing by a friend who has been renting through the Hanwell Branch for a number of years. Joshua showed us just a few places to rent before we went on holiday. When we then decided to go ahead with one of them while abroad, due to time pressures to get a place sorted, he dealt with everything very rapidly, smoothly, professionally and at a distance! He listened to what we wanted to achieve in the negotiations with the landlord and managed that well. When I went to castle residential in the hope of acquiring a property to rent I hadn't much time as my contract was out in two weeks, my agent was josh and he got the ball rolling straight away. Joshua arranged a viewing at short notice and at a time which was convenient for me. I work until 5pm and had to travel 30 mins to get to Ealing so that was helpful and a promising start for my dealings with this particular agent. On the day of the viewing, Joshua was on time and clearly had a good knowledge of the property as he was able to answer all of my questions. The following day when I rang the agent to express my interest in renting the property, Joshua got back to me very quickly. The only thing that concerned me was the price which was bit over budget. However, after mentioning this to Joshua, he offered to negotiate with the landlady on my behalf and then 10/15 mins later gave me the great news that the landlady had agreed to accept my offer. Due to my job and the fact that I lived outside of Ealing, I couldn't go and sign all the paperwork straight away. Joshua therefore emailed me all the relevant forms which made things a lot easier. In short, the way in which my case was dealt with was very professional. A smooth, stress free process from start to finish. I would not hesitate in recommending this agent.
