The staff were very helpful especially Adele who was always willing to give advice and offer support. They were keen to offer us a range of properties to purchase and showed us round a lot of properties. It got to the stage that Adele knew whether a new property on their books would meet our requirements. Unfortunately in the end the property we bought was with another agent but I have to say that the service we got from them was not a patch on Beresford Adams.

From the beginning to the end the staff were brilliant. Adele and Rachel could not do enough. Regular phone calls with updates, returning my calls ( which some estate agents promise to do, but actually don't ). Adele always made me feel that she was dealing with my property in a very professional manner and that nothing was too much trouble for her. She is a credit to your company.

We used Beresford Adams Mold to sell a property we had been letting out. They were totally professional throughout the whole sale process. Always kept us informed about what was happening. Always returning calls when promised (this I found quite unique in this trade, almost every other estate agent I have used in the past have frustrated us by promising to 'call back later' but very often didn't!). All members of staff I dealt with were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. In particular I would like to mention Adele Cross who dealt with us and the eventual buyer of our property. I am sure that it was Adele's skill in negotiating with the buyer that led to the eventual sale. At one time I was ready to tell the buyer where to go but Adele just smoothed things over and saw the sale through. I would have no hesitation in using Beresford Adams Mold in future as having used other estate agents in town in the past, Beresfords are the only ones that left me feeling happy with the whole selling process.

We bought a property marketed by Beresford Adams which completed 21/01/15.
When we began negotiations for the property back in Sept 2014 - Rachael Rogers was appointed our point of contact and we were made aware of this from the beginning which was helpful having one person who knew the ins and outs of the sale. With estate agents I have dealt with in the past this has not been the case.
Rachael was brilliant. Friendly, attentive - during the good few weeks it took for us to agree a price to the panicky few weeks when we thought it was going to fall through pre Christmas!!
She always called when she said she would, emailed back swiftly and went above and beyond!! One example of this is in December she came in early to call our vendor at 8am before they went to work as we had not been able to get hold of them for a few weeks.
Positive experience -would recommend the company and Rachael and we are now settled into our new home without a hiccup!!!

We found all the staff at the branch to go above and beyond what we were expecting. We had regular updates and although the purchase was far from straight forward we found the staff to be patient, understanding and helpful.
On the day of completion we were invited into the office to wait for the release of the keys, we were thoroughly catered for....the chips were lovely!!!
Although we have found the house of our dreams and wont be moving again we would not hesitate to recommend the Mold team to friends, family or anybody else.
A special mention to Chris Hassett the financial advisor, without his help we would not be where we are today.

Gad duplicate photos on rightmove and could n't alter for 3 days...could go on...but worst experierence ever had....made Reids and Roberts in MOld look gooD1
