Brilliant service. Sold the bungalow within a week and then helped through the sale to completion. Would highly recommend. Much much better than using any other type of way to sell your house which means you miss out the agent. USE AN ESTATE AGENT they are easier and look after everything for you. Commission wasn't even much more than non agents. and worth every penny. Highly recommend Prestatyn branch of Beresford Adams. Thanks guys
