I have let out my house through Brinkleys for a number of years. They are very efficient at finding tenants, and managing the property. They seem have long term employees, so I have built up a relationship with most members of the team. I've always found everyone responds quickly to any emails or calls. I have had a great working relationship with Zulekha amongst others. Super efficient and knowledgeable about the local market.

Speedy and professional help from Zulekha Warid
I contacted Zulekha to ask if she would provide references for the flat I am moving into with my fiancé. I lived in a Brinkley's property a few years ago and remembered how diligent Zulekha was when we communicated back then.
She completed the paperwork swiftly and kindly allowing us to secure our first marriage home. We're very thankful for her help during what is, I'm sure, a busy working day.

I would like to warn potential clients to steer clear of Brinkley's Estate agents in Wimbledon.
Their level of customer service is appalling. We let our 1 bed flat with them for a number of years, which wasn't plain sailing.
However, we needed to do emergency works to the property and gave the tenants 6 months notice to vacate, Brinkley's were not helpful during this procedure but my main gripe was when the inventory clerk completed the report the keys were taken back to the office and Brinkley's wanted £35.00 for them to post the keys, which they state was admin and postal costs.

Zulekha has been my property manager for about two years. Sha has always been very professionnal and discreet which, as a tenant, I appreciate a lot.
I've recently been through a hard time when my bag was stolen in a foreign country, and she has been very helpful to deal with this issue whilst I couldn't be in London and needed to have my key set done.
She has been very understanding and efficient so that everything was solved simply and smoothly.

We were introduced to Zulekha after signing our lease with a previous agent who hadn't made us aware of changes in the property. Despite this, Zulkeha tried her best to accommodate us and solve issues in the property as efficiently as possible, even though it must have been frustrating that information had never been passed on to us by the previous agent. She replies to emails and queries around the clock, which made our move feel safe and supervised, like we weren't alone in the mess left by the previous agent. Zulekha is still working on resolving outstanding issues, but we trust we are in the right hands. Thank you!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
Brinkley’s aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguard, a complaints procedure has been introduced. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by Katie Sharpes and in the even t we are not able to deal with the issue to our mutual satisfaction, by reference to the Property Ombudsman.
If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to Katie Sharpes 149 Arthur Road, Wimbledon Park, SW19 8AB.
Your complaint will be acknowledged within 24 hours but no loner than 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with established in house procedures and a formal reply will be sent to you within 15 working days of receipt of your complaint.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our owner Robert Brinkley 149 Arthur Road, SW19 8AB.
In the event that the final review as detailed above still fails to satisfy your complaint then you are at liberty to have the matter referred to the Property Ombudsman. We will submit our file to the Ombudsman on request. You are also entitled to have your complaint referred to the ombudsman should we fail to deal with matters promptly or do not comply with our in house complaints procedure within 8 weeks from the date we receive your written notification.
