I had the misfortune to deal with Teresa, I say deal well it was all via email as the woman is too important to take phone calls from clients, the old woman lied through her teeth ( documented on email of course ... ) I am making official complaints to the property ombudsman and GPPR compliance... I had the misfortune to deal with Teresa, I say deal well it was all via email as the woman is too important to take phone calls from clients, the old woman lied through her teeth ( documented on email of course ... ) I am making official complaints to the property ombudsman and GPPR compliance people - the company even discussed my private info with another lettings company

I especially would like to highlight that George at Brentford office is really nice, trustworthy, helpful and professional. He was trying so hard to get a correct tenant for me and he even worked during his annual leave to make sure that the new tenant's moving was going smoothly. I... Read Full Review

I especially would like to highlight that George at Brentford office is really nice, trustworthy, helpful and professional. He was trying so hard to get a correct tenant for me and he even worked during his annual leave to make sure that the new tenant's moving was going smoothly. I didn't look forward to getting a tenant before Christmas since it was the tough period for finding a tenant at that time. But he managed to make it for me. I am over happy with this. Also his communications have been brilliant and he gave me the feedbacks every week to let me know how the things had been going on. He is the one of the best agents. Many thanks to George!
