We diecided to market with Carson and co. after a very.successful meeting with Darren Allit (no longer works there).
It was only once we were on the market that we had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Hayley.
Hayley has proven to be attentive, understanding, funny and sympathetic. More importantly she has been down to earth and we have become good phone friends. We speak almost daily about the sale of our property, which is now exchanged and soon to complete.
It has been a pleasure dealing with Hayley and it will be a shame to not year from her once we're done.
I highly recommend Carson and co. But primarily I strongly recommend Hayley.

I feel that my review must balance out as average: I had a very mixed experience with this agency as a whole, but if I am to rate Hayley on her own she would be slightly above average. The reason is that when Hayley was on board with pushing the sale through, I felt that I was reasonably well informed, but that when she was away or busy with something else little to nothing happened. For the first month of re-listing this house for sale nothing happened whatsoever. When the first buyer was lost Hayley was away and I felt genuinely antagonised by the area manager who talked too much without resolving the situation. Ultimately, I have had worse experiences and Hayley was pleasant and the property got sold.

We then came back once our finances were sorted and we dealt with a permanent member of staff who was excellent at every stage. We were well informed and our calls were dealt with quickly and professionally. Any questions were answered straight away and we had felt supported throughout the procedure.

Carson and co were our selected agents for both the sale of our apartment and the purchase of our new house. Our house was lucky enough to be sold very quickly in what appears to be a very slow market..

Hayley Poulsom originally came to view our property. I found her very helpful, knowledgeable about the market value and how to get the best price. She was very friendly, just the sort of person I wanted to work with. As I wasn't living at the flat, I basically handed them the keys and left them to get on with it.
Tanya Oakland was the main sales person for the flat and helped us to secure a sale in just 5 days!! My main contact from then on was with Tanya. She kept me informed on the progress and gave really excellent service. She was very friendly and very easy to work with. Tanya even went beyond the call of duty helping us out on a small problem we had which needed a plumber. I was 200 miles away at a wedding and Tanya organised getting everything sorted out for me, which I am extremely grateful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the team. A really good bunch of people.

At all times she was cheerful, optomistic and enthusiastic helping me not to be too pessimistic, although I did start to look at other houses at one time!
