Our sale went on for over a year, due to a number of factors. Throughout, Cheffins were very supportive, suggesting strategies we could adopt and advising on negotiations. We had support from the whole team, and in particular from Dan Driver who was always ready to advise us, and, without prompting, kept us in the loop with all the information available to him about the progress down the chain. This was very reassuring, especially as we moved out several months ahead of the eventual sale. Thank you.

First I did some research about which is the best agencies in Ely, the top was Cheffins, then arranged a viewing to my property in Ely, and met Mr Christopher Hancock, first impression I had very friendly and efficency, at the same time I met an agent from another estate agency, who was good as well, then I made a choice, going back home, having it all in my mind to think whom to choose, back to Google again, discussed with a friend, at the end I have chosen Cheffins, to be honest Christopher helped me to insist to go ahead with Cheffins and I believe it was the right decision, as in two weeks time after 12 viewing, suddenly 2 offers happened at that day, actually the end of viewing as I accepted one of the offers, can't be better than that.

We have always used Cheffins over the last 10 years for each house sale and purchase for good reason. They are absolutely the best in the area. The team really know their stuff and give honest expectations to both buyer and seller which we highly value. We have most recently dealt with Chris, Dan and mostly Catherine on a recent house sale and they were all exceptional. Catherine helped no end liaising with the buyers and solicitors to get clearer communication and quick answers. She could not have done more. We would actually be put off from buying a house now if it was not listed through Cheffins as we really would not want to deal with anyone else.
