Fees are high, but you get what you pay for. They earnt their fee in a few hours, good luck to them

I contacted Connells in Chelmsford on a Monday morning, photos were done that afternoon and my property sold 12 hours later.
How can you fault that, they were employed to find me a buyer and they did. I was eager to sell as I had already found another property.
They were reccomended to me by my neighbour, who had been unable to sell through another agent, but also sold quickly through Connells in Chelmsford

I have dealt with many agents over my 20 or more years of buying and selling and Lee is, by far, the most competent agent I've dealt with.
