For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Connells support NO LANDLORD LICENSING - so any CRIMINAL can be your landlord and Connells DO NOT CARE.... they will take ANY CRIMINAL as long as he pays you.
