Thank you to Tim at Wards Ashford for all you support in the selling of my Mothers house of 48yrs to pay for care home fees. Its not been an easy time, made even harder by the current situation and the fact I live 80miles from Ashford. I think it probably has been a very unique situation. I cannot thank Tim and Ingrid in the last few weeks and months enough. i will be forever grateful for their kindness and compassion . with grateful thanks Mrs Jayne Smith

Connells support NO LANDLORD LICENSING - so any CRIMINAL can be your landlord and Connells DO NOT CARE.... they will take ANY CRIMINAL as long as he pays you. They wont give details on landlords to potential tenants either - they are LIARS and will SUPPRESS INFORMATION in order to make... Read Full Review

I have recently purchased a property in Ashford and have used Connells for all the services available! The property is now being managed by Connells in Maidstone (Letting Support). I have recently purchased a property in Ashford and have used Connells for all the services available! The property is now being managed by Connells in Maidstone (Letting Support). I simply cannot praise ALL the staff enough. I have not had a single thing to complain about at any stage . All e mails have been answered immediately, all calls dealt with speedily. Professional, helpful and kind staff have pandered to my every request!! They appear to have huge knowledge and understanding of the property market and I really am very grateful to them for their help.

I have been dealing with Lyndsey Posey in the property management section of Connells, based in Maidstone and she has been an absolute delight to deal with, where other staff and agents are unable to fix something for me Lyndsey not only gets my query sorted in record time but does so extremely efficiently and works hard to get me exactly what I need in the best way possible. She is an absolute credit to Connells and in my opinion should be commended for her dedication. I had 2 problems that no one at Connells was able to resolve to my satisfaction, my issue got handed to Lyndesy who immediately resolved both issues right away and left me with a big smile! Well done Lyndsey, you deserve a promotion :-)
