We engaged Cowell and Norford (CN) to sell our Parents house. Danielle and the CN team were constantly positive and supportive throughout the sales period even when our patience was almost exhausted.
The sale completed in January after many challenges.
I have no hesitation in recommending Cowell and Norford.

Altogether, not a bad period as a tenant. When we were looking to move out, some viewings of other properties in their portfolio seemed to mysteriously never materialise.
But what really left a bad taste was when we came to sign for another six months halfway through our year in the property. Due to their delay, it was the following month that we actually signed up for it; I noticed this represented on the paperwork and queried it, as we wanted Mar-Aug as intended rather than Apr-Sept. I was reassured in the reply that it was somehow easier for it to be presented as Apr-Sept on the paperwork (since it was indeed now April...) but that it would count as Mar-Sept nonetheless.
Yet sure enough, when we were looking to move out, we were told that we had signed till the end of September and would have to pay till then unless a replacement tenant could be found, which they assured us they would try to do. Needless to say the attempt seemed illusory, as they didn't even advertise the property until some time after we'd left, so that September we ended up paying double rent - half at our new place and half for the old place we'd only wanted till the end of August! We'd tried to remind them of the fact that we'd been assured of our tenancy lasting only till the end of August, but of course to no avail, and I seem to remember at least one of our emails being ignored altogether.
Clearly it was just easier to string us along as our hands were tied and we had to cough up the money. Our actual tenancy period was pretty smooth, for which I'd give about four stars, but the experience above was so frustrating and typical of the uncaring, money-grabbing approach one comes to expect from estate agents that I can only give two stars. We won't trouble with them again for safety's sake!
