Have had my time wasted waiting for Entwistle Green to keep an appointment to view a property. Rang to ask where the agent was only to be told that the details of the appointment hadn't been passed on to them. I was then told that the original person making the appointment would ring me back in a couple of minutes. Half an hour later having received no phone call, I ring back to be told that appointment hadn't been confirmed? I thought that when you make an appointment and agree on a time, that is confirmation in itself? Having waited half an hour in the rain, I am then told that the next available appointment won't be for another 6 days. ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will NOT be dealing with Entwistle Green as they inspire zero confidence.

One would think the agency would abide by its own checklist when a tenancy finishes. However, despite professional cleaning of carpets being written into the contract, the tenant does not seem to have been reminded. Only one of the tenants left on the correct date. Refrigerator was emptied but left on using up loads of electricity. Place was filthy. They did not attempt to help me (the owner) retain any of the deposit and were not concerned. If anything, they put obstacles in the way.

I phoned today regarding a property for let.. I was told someone would call back to make a viewing appointment. I phoned them back 3 hours later, to be told they still couldn't give me a date but the rent had gone up by £25. (the property was only put on today) How can it go up? Then I asked how much would the fees be just so I can sort my finances. They want £365 to process the application!! I've been quoted cheaper in Didsbury and south Manchester. These guys are obviously having a laugh. Wont be using them. Beware!
