Leanne boulger the letting agent was absolutely brilliant from being completely transparent , efficient and extremely friendly before and after I had let my premise out. I would highly recommend Entwistle green for all your letting needs.
Ps Entwistle green also fully obide by the ppe requirements in such challenging times.

I was very close to having sold my house and was desperate to find a rental property. I had been to view a lot of properties with other agents and even paid deposits to other agents to try and secure a letting. I was let down a few times and trying to juggle working full time and with Christmas almost upon us I was very desperate. I contacted Entwistle Green about a property that had just come on the market for let. I was immediately put at ease and arranged a viewing beetween christmas and the new year when most agents were closed. From viewing the property to actually moving in took less than 7 days in the new year . I was so grateful to all the staff at the Bury branch who all went above and beyond to help my situation especially Leanne. Thank you so much to everybody involved. I was able to move into my rental with 2 days to spare before my house sale completed. Also we had just gone into lockdown which caused me a lot of anxiety. I honestly wish I had contacted this branch sooner. I would not hesitate in using this branch again and when I am ready to re purchase a home I will definetly be contacting the team at bury. Thank you to everybody at the Bury Branch.

I was under a lot of pressure to find a rental ASAP, from the minute I spoke to Leanne she in my opinion went above and beyond to help. I cannot praise her enough! Given I am located overseas, which is stressful enough, she kept my stress levels down to a minimum by making the whole process not only fast but smooth.
I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a rental home.

I cannot thank the amazing team enough, what should have been a stressful time was seamlessly easy as they did all the hard work and kept me fully up to date very regularly. I used the full conveyancing also and mortgage advice/service and cannot recommend highly enough. Demi, Kelly and the wonderful Julie worked so hard and of course Yonatan. I've bought 3 homes in my lifetime and this was by far the easiest one. The staff are a credit to Entwistle Green.
