Its a scam. The agent lied to me about the price. She didn't told anything regards extra cost, she lied about parking permit, she lied about the landlord. I strong recommend to everyone to stay away from fostons, its a scam. They asked me for 6 weeks deposit, but now they are taking 150 pound of it just to check the house after we leave it, plus what ever its broken which will take extra cost, the house is broken and full of rats. We lost so munch money because of fostons. At the begging they are very friendly and nice, later they will be horrible and rude to you, and all they say we have to pay and they will take from the deposit.
