We have nothing but the highest amount of praise for all the staff at Gascoigne Pees Chichester, especially Georgina. We had initially agreed a sale on a property in September 2011 which did not progress due to our property failing to sell at that time. Once we had a sale agreed, I called Georgina to ask if she had any similar properties and to contact us if anything came in.
This was on a Tuesday morning. I was called back that night by Robb who told me that the property next door was available. They collected the keys on the Wednesday and we viewed it first thing on the Saturday morning. By the evening the sale was agreed.
Georgina was an amazing person to deal with. She remembered us so well and seemed to genuinely want us to find our dream home. She is the perfect person to show you a property - she gives you the right amount of information and then happily leaves you to explore it for yourself. Any time we dealt with her she was extremely professional but always made us feel like we mattered to her. She was always so friendly and willing to take time to speak to us. I cannot praise her enough.
We did not deal with Robb as much but he was intrinsic in the sale being agreed. He made several phonecalls back and forth on the Saturday as we agreed the price and was lovely to deal with each time.
Estate agents tend to have a less than favourable reputation (and we have dealt with some who more than deserve it) but this could not be further from the truth with Gascoigne Pees. We hope to be in our property for many years but when the time comes to move on we will definitely deal with them. It was all we could ask for.

I think it is important to ensure that anyone who logs onto this site is aware that Gascoigne Pees is otherwise known as 'Countrywide Residential Lettings'. It is misleading to have separate review pages for different estate agents that are under the umbrella of CRL. GP chichester branch... Read Full Review

GP chichester branch (otherwise known as CRL) have not the faintest clue how to treat clients. They will gladly take your money but after the first payment of rent has been recieved the 'costumer care' fails completely, lack of communication is one of the many problems I have experienced with them. I would never, ever use them again.

Agent failed to respond to concerns I had as a landlord regarding management problems and late rent (which had been recieved by the tenant and GP were holding but had not forwarded on to me as the landlord). Rude and disinterested. Inaccurate rental statements recieved (when they did send them). ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Responded to my emails and return my phone calls. Send \'rent arrear\' letters to my tenants when they were late paying their rent (every month). Carry out management inspections as promised. Act in a profesional manner and abide by their Terms of Buisness.

Rude and disinterested. Inaccurate rental statements recieved (when they did send them). No clear complaint procedure in place, had to deal with at least 7 different people at GP. Dreadful agents.
